Beef Stew
Ingredients:
1 c-sundried tomatoes
1 1/2 ponds beef stew
12 new potatoes
12 pearl onions
or 8 medium diced
1 package baby carrots 8 oz
2 c water
1 1/2 tsp season salt
1 bay leaf
1/4 c water
2 tbs all purpose flour

Sundried tomatoes can be bought at the grocery store.
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT 1/4 c water and the flour add to slow cooker/crock pot, cover and cook on low heat 8-9 hours or until veggies and beef are tender.
Mix remaining water and flour together ,gradually stir into crock pot cook on high 15 min.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
