Chicken A La King
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen peas
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Instructions:
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
Place in slow cooker.
In a medium sized bowl stir soup, flour and pepper until blended.
Pour over chicken. Do not stir.
Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours or until chicen is very tender.
Stir in peas, onions, paprika and celery salt.
Cover and cook on high for 45-60 additional minutes or until vegetables are done.
We like to serve this over cooked long grain rice.
