Clams and Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 can minced clams
1 can white or red clam sauce (depending on preference)
1 garlic
parsley
red pepper seeds
olive oil
1lb of spaghetti
Instructions:
Coat the bottom of a sauce pan with oil
Place 2 gloves of garlic chopped in the pan and let brown
Take pan off and remove the garlic (leave the oil)
Add minced clams and clam sauce
Add 1/4 cup of water
Add parsley (2-3 shakes)
Add red pepper seeds (depending on how hot you like it)
Option: you can also add 1/4 cup of beer

Let simmer for about 1/2 hour while the spaghetti is cooking

Once spaghetti is done remove and place in a dish or bowl and mix in the clams stir together and serve
