Pork Chop and Apples
Ingredients:
6 pork chops
3-4 unpeeled apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp butter
3 tbsp. hot oil
Instructions:
Use a fry pan and brown both sides of pork chops in hot oil.
Then combine all of the above ingredients (except for the pork chops) and mix well.
Place the pork chops into the crock pot and pour mixture over top.
Cook on Medium Crockpot setting for 2 hours or until done.
