Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 egg - beaten
3/4 cup. Italian flavor bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup catsup
4-5 shots Worcheister Sauce
1/4 cup each: finely chopped onion and celery (Saute and cooled)
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. peper
1/4 cup. Shreded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Transfer loosly into a glass loaf pan.
Cook at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
